The Brown TLV Hotel sits in the heart of Tel Aviv, a Tel Aviv boutique hotel themed around the faded glamour of the 1970’s. Located between Neve Tzedek and the Bauhaus-rich White City, about ten minutes by foot from the beach and the cafe lined Rothschild Boulevard, Brown TLV has emerged as one of the most popular boutique hotels in Tel Aviv, and one of the most ‘happening’ spots in the city’s vibrant nightlife scene.
The Theme
Brown TLV is themed around the 1970’s – its a rich palette of brown leather and pop art, with the works of street artist Pilpeled displayed alongside visual art created by Tel Aviv’s Nerubay Design studio. The Brown has been used as the set for fashion shoots, and likened by some to the set of a 1970’s playboy film. Brown TLV takes a step away from the minimalistically dominated design of most Tel Aviv boutique hotels (and most of the 21st century.) A step which is welcomed by many of its guests.
The Rooms
Brown TLV has 30 guest rooms ranging in size from compact (110 sq m) to spacious (270 sq m). All rooms feature 32-inch flat screen tvs, free wifi and a mini bar. Plush sheets and towels, and luscious marble bathrooms complete the Brown TLV in-room experience.
Facilities
Brown TLV features a spa and rooftop sun deck which in the summer acts as a bar with regular events which draw in many of the city’s elite. The lobby-lounge is a nice place to relax, surrounded by books, whilst guests can make use of facilities of a nearby gym (free of charge), and the hotels bikes (free of charge). Breakfast is served off-site, and guests can select one of three boutique cafes in the nearby streets to eat.

Brown TLV fringes the boundary between the iconic White City with its Bauhaus Architecture, and Neve Tzedek Neighborhood with its quaint streets. Below are walking times to points of interest:
